Members of the NoborderNOnation caravan were arrested in genova on sunday, july 22. among them were actors and other persons who were just traveling with them. all 25 are accused of belonging to the black block.
The youth were arrested 24 hours after the street battles, when they were traveling out of genova. among the confiscated items were black clothes (including skirts and a bh) and different materials, which were used at street theatre performances.
The discovery of a few items, which may or may not have been used for illegal actions, does not justify robbing these people of their freedom and acusing them of being members of a criminal organisation, and participating in cooting and destruction of property. especially there is no other incriminating evidence.
On monday, august 13th, the tribunal in genova will make a decision on the appeal to release them from investigative prison.

Domenica 22 luglio sono stati arrestati a Genova i componenti della Carovana del Publix Theater, tra cui gli attori della compagnia e altre persone che la seguivano, in tutto 25, con imputazioni gravissime, vale a dire di essere "Black Blok".
I ragazzi sono stati arrestati 24 ore dopo la fine degli scontri mentre si stavano allontanando da Genova; tra le cose sequestrate vi sono principalmente indumenti neri (tra cui gonne e un reggiseno) e materiali vari che venivano utilizzati per gli spettacoli e le animazioni di strada.
La presenza di pochi altri oggetti potenzialmente atti ad offendere non puo' giustificare, in assenza di alcuna altra prova, la privazione della liberta' con l'accusa di appartenere ad una organizzazione a delinquere e di aver compiuto atti di devastazione e saccheggio.
Lunedi' 13 agosto il Tribunale di Genova decidera' sulla richiesta dei componenti della Carovana del Publix Theater di revoca della detenzione in carcere.
Esprimiamo loro tutta la nostra solidarieta' e chiediamo che tutti loro vengano immediatamente rimessi in liberta'.
