Am Freitag, 22.03.2013, findet in Wien eine Demonstration anlässlich des Verfahrens gegen einen Gewalttäter, der eine schwarze Frau vor die U-Bahn gestossen hatte, statt. Kritisiert werden u.a. die geringe Höhe des Urteils und die Nicht-Beachtung rassistischer Motive in der Urteilsfindung.

In rememberance of the trial on 7th of march according to the pushing of Nelly by an austrian in front of the U2 in the station Taborstrasse - because of the sentence for the accused man and his wife was only 12 months conditional for three years and the wife was judged without any sentence!

Big Demonstration against Racism and miscarriage of Justice!
The Black Community in Austria in collaboration with other organisations demand justice for Nelly who was pushed into the underground train track few seconds b4 the arrival of the train because of her skin colour.
The accused persons were set free with just a fine of 3000 Euros.
The trial is seen as a direct call for further attacks on coloured people and other minority groups in Austria!
Date: 22nd March 2013, 2 pm, Tabor Strasse U-Bahn-Station U2, 1020 Wien.
Stops at Stadtpark, Innenministerium, Ministry of Justice and Parliament.
Die Demonstration wird u.a. unterstützt von SOS Mitmensch, K.I. der Wienwoche, Somali Community, Kenyans and friends in Austria (KEFA)

There will be a survival Party at VHS Veranstaltungszentrum Grossfeldsiedlung 1210 Kürschnergasse 9, direct by the U1 Station Grossfeldsiedlung after the demonstration at 8 pm.
