Hungerstrike of Refugees against Dublin deportation in the Detention-prison Schwechat Airport

As one could read in the media, several refugees from Iran went on hunger strike the last days at Schwechat against being deported to Slovenia based on Dublin III. One of them was sent to medical treatment after he sewed his mouth. All these people are presently detained at the border police detention center at Vienna/Schwechat airport. According to media reports, the hunger strike was ended for the moment, but the danger is still there that these people can be deported to Slovenia at any moment!

In solidarity with the struggle of the refugees who went on hunger strike against being deported, we call for a protest action at Vienna/Schwechat airport, at the place where they are detained:

Thursday, 3rd of April 2014, at 10 am, in front of border police detention center at Vienna airport!

The refugees on hunger strike at Schwechat are doing a very powerful act of resistance (although parts of the media are trying to present them as "maniacs"), using their bodies as the only weapon they have against the Dublin deportation system.

The resistance of the hunger strikers at Schwechat deserves any possible solidarity!
